CAIRO, EGYPT, Sunday, Oct. 18: According to official statistics released by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) following the General Assembly elections in Astana, Kazakhstan on October 7, 2009, the Egyptian Tourism Federation received the highest support, with 107 organizations voting in its favour.
